Emilio Díaz Pinto, alcalde de la municipalidad distrital de Sachaca participa de la reunión de emergencia de la plataforma provincial de Defensa Civil, con la finalidad de adoptar medidas conjuntas para recuperar la ciudad de las emergencias surgidas por la fuertes lluvias de Arequipa.
